Communications Mission Statement
The Communications Committee’s mission is to effectively relay all important information regarding the state of the community to its residents through emails, newsletter, and use of its official website. Email requests received from the Board of Directors will be sent to all registered Magnolia Point residents in as timely a manner as reasonable. New and updated documents will be posted to the website as requested. Links to critical items will be provided on the home page. A feedback option is available through ‘Contact Us’ tab on the website and answerable within 48 to 72 hours; residents can ask questions or voice concerns related to this committee. A resident database will be maintained as residents ae added or changes occur. Overall, the committee will work to monitor and evaluate the impact of its communications regularly.
