Traveling on US 17 South, Magnolia Point, a private gated community, is located five miles south of County Road 220 in the northwest corner of Green Cove Springs. The physical address for GPS routing to the community’s front gate is: 3611 Magnolia Point Blvd., Green Cove Springs, Florida 32043
NOTE: Depending on your starting location or destination within the community, it is possible that GPS may direct you to the rear gate which is accessible only by residents and guests with a valid electronic or printed pass. **ALL OTHERS MUST PROCEED TO THE MAIN GATE FOR ENTRY**
Directions from the Rear Gate to the Main Gate:
- Turn Around, head West on Medinah Dr. to CR-315, Turn Right
- Continue to Cathedral Oaks Pkwy/CR-315, Turn Right
- Continue to Hwy US-17, Turn Right
- Continue to Harbor Rd, Turn Right
- Continue to Magnolia Point Blvd, Turn Right
- Proceed to Main Gate for entry
