The mission of the Covenants Committee is to review all existing Declarations of Covenants, Conditions, Easements and Restrictions (Declaration) with community inputs to create a single, consolidated Declaration document that reconciles the existing documents, complies with current state and local laws, resolves ambiguities in existing texts, and promotes efficiency in the administration and enforcement of the same.
