The mission of the Landscape and Irrigation Committee (L&I) is to identify, evaluate, and recommend contracts and other maintenance of MPCA’s common areas, and propose various beautification projects for the Board to consider. The committee is guided by Magnolia Point Community Association’s (MPCA) governing documents and general policies, current and projected funding, and input from the Community Association Manager (CAM). Committee members fulfill their duties on behalf of the MPCA’s Board of Directors in accordance with established standards and governing documents.
The committee is dedicated to minimizing unauthorized entry, supporting resident safety, and maintaining consistent, well-managed access control operations through thoughtful evaluation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
